• Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. You will receive a confirmation email. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• Tourist tax: the municipality charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the property.

• The prices listed are per person per night, including breakfast.

• For our younger guests, we offer age-dependent discounts, as well as 40 hours of nature-based childcare per week, including lunch.

• Children aged 14 and over receive a 50% discount if they are the 3rd or 4th person in an apartment or room. Otherwise, the full adult rate applies.

• Single occupancy of a room incurs a 20% surcharge.

• Short stays in apartments are not possible. The minimum stay is 3 nights.

• Short stays in rooms (i.e., less than 3 nights): 20% surcharge per night.

• With the release of new price lists, previous ones become invalid.

• To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required (refer to our booking conditions for more details).

• According to Italian law, cash payments are limited to €4,999.99. For larger amounts, we accept bank transfers or credit cards.
