• Sport shop Sport Mode Maria (directly next to the hotel): Our guests enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on every purchase. E-bike rental available (no discount).

• Gatterer Sport Shop at the valley station of the ski area: 10% discount on ski rental and free ski depot when renting equipment.

• The Gitschberg-Jochtal holiday area is a very family paradise in South Tyrol. Explore the region with your little ones on our many stroller-friendly trails and enjoy countless other activities. Our hotel staff can provide personalized recommendations.

• Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. You will receive a confirmation email. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• Tourist tax: the municipality charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the property.

• The prices listed are – depending on the selected meal plan – per person, per night, including breakfast or half board.

• For our younger guests, we offer age-dependent discounts, as well as 40 hours of nature-based childcare per week, including lunch.

• Children aged 14 and over receive a 50% discount if they are the 3rd or 4th person in an apartment or room. Otherwise, the full adult rate applies.

• With the release of new price lists, previous ones become invalid.

• According to Italian law, cash payments are limited to €4,999.99. For larger amounts, we accept bank transfers or credit cards.

• We accept most major credit cards. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
