Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. You will receive a confirmation email. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Tourist tax: the municipality charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the property.

How to find us quickly and easily
Directions for
your arrival
Exit the A22 motorway at Brixen Nord/Vahrn and turn off towards the Puster Valley. Follow the road to Mühlbach/Rio Pusteria. Turn off towards Vals. Follow the winding and sometimes quite steep road to the main town. You will recognize it, among other things, by the church. Drive past the village on the left until you see the sign, then turn right and voilà: you're right on our doorstep! Please check the current traffic situation in South Tyrol in advance.
If you are arriving by train or bus, you can plan your journey on this page. There’s a BONUS when travelling by public transport – thanks to the Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass, you can travel free of charge from the border with South Tyrol! There won't be any trains running on the Franzesfeste-Bruneck line for about a year, starting in December 2024. If no bus is operating to your destination: Taxi Tauber will reliably and quickly take you from the train station in Franzensfeste – or any other location – to the linara: +39 0472 547 092.
