Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your booking. Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. You will receive a confirmation email. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Tourist tax: the municipality charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the property.

How to find us quickly and easily
Directions for
your arrival
Take the Brixen Nord/Vahrn exit from the A22 motorway and follow the signs towards the Pustertal Valley. Continue to Mühlbach/Rio di Pusteria, then turn towards Vals/Valles. The road leads directly into the village centre, where you will see the small church. Continue past the village on your left, follow the signs and turn right—you have arrived. Welcome to linara!

Arriving by train and bus:
If you are arriving by train or bus, you can plan your journey on this page. South Tyrol has a well-developed public transport network. The nearest railway stations are Brixen/Bressanone and Franzensfeste/Fortezza. Regular buses run from both stations to Vals/Valles.
With the Brixen Südtirol Guest Pass, you can use all public transport free of charge from the provincial border onwards.
