Enjoy Regional Flavors

Our cuisine is based on 90% organic quality. We use fresh, seasonal, and mostly regional ingredients – many of them coming directly from our own Bioland farm or from carefully selected local producers.

Starting this summer, we will expand our farm with our own vegetable cultivation directly at the hotel. Fresh vegetables will go straight from the garden to our kitchen – for honest, regional enjoyment.

With us, you can truly experience where food comes from: children can collect organic eggs themselves, while oats, corn, and herbs are grown with great passion on our farm.

La nostra fattoria Bioland avvicina grandi e piccoli all’agricoltura sostenibile – con pecore, pony e capre, alberi da frutto, cespugli di frutti di bosco e un apiario.

Un momento davvero speciale è la preparazione del pane nel tradizionale forno a legna.

Nel nostro programma natura – ispirato al concetto linara little. nature. ranger. – i bambini diventano piccoli esploratori, scoprono l’ambiente circostante e imparano giocando a proteggere la natura.

Our vision is to combine gastronomy, hospitality, and agriculture into one authentic experience – a place where families can find nature, enjoyment, and adventure.

We, Gatterer Florian and Nadia, together with our daughters Lara and Lina and a wonderful team, run a place where hospitality, a connection to nature, and warmth feel at home. As state-certified ski instructors, we share a love for the mountains that inspires us every day. Florian contributes his experience as a host and organic farmer, while Nadia, with her background in environmental management and her work in crop and herb cultivation, brings naturalness and sustainability into everything we do.
