At linara, we combine mindful eating with the pleasure of good food. We use fresh, seasonal organic ingredients; many come from our own farm or selected producers in the region. Depending on the season, what grows in our fields and garden goes straight into our kitchen.
Start your day with a delicious organic breakfast or choose our half board with high-quality organic cuisine. In the evening, you can enjoy a varied choice menu, while our little guests can discover their favourite dishes at the organic children’s buffet. Still or sparkling spring water is included for our hotel guests with all meals.
Our kitchen achieves an organic share of at least 90% and has been awarded Bio Fair Südtirol – Gold.
At lunchtime, you can also enjoy organic dishes for young and old in our à la carte restaurant. Lunch is not included in your stay. For children taking part in our childcare programme, lunch and a drink are included in the childcare service.
Upon request, we also offer gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives. Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when making your enquiry or booking, so that we can prepare accordingly.
Our culinary offer is available at the following times:
Breakfast: daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 am
Lunch (à la carte, optional): Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
Dinner: Monday to Saturday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Sunday is our day off.
