Sunny days and cool nights – the perfect combination for beautifully crisp spring snow. If you love skiing at its most enjoyable, this is the perfect time to visit – and there’s twice as much to look forward to: spring skiing in the Gitschberg Jochtal and Plose ski areas, followed by organic delights at linara, where our kitchen has been awarded Bio Fair Südtirol Gold.

For early risers and anyone who loves the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains in the morning, the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area opens as early as 7:50 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Plose ski area opens at 8:45 am.

• “Ski-Zeitig”: early-morning skiing every Tuesday at Jochtal and every Thursday at Gitschberg from 7:50 am on freshly groomed slopes
